These terms govern your use of the Agentic Commerce for WooCommerce WordPress plugin and the xpay-operated services it integrates with (agent-feed.xpay.sh, agent-commerce.xpay.sh, app.xpay.sh/onboard/woocommerce, install.xpay.sh). By installing the plugin or connecting your store, you accept these terms.
Source is published under the GPLv2-or-later license. You can fork, modify, redistribute, and self-host the plugin under that license without paying us anything.
Connecting your store to xpay is free. Catalog sync, AI-surface discovery, cart deeplinks, and admin tooling are all free for stores that have not yet made an AI-attributable sale. Pricing for stores that earn AI-attributable revenue is published at www.xpay.sh/pricing/ and starts at 1% of attributable order value. Pricing changes apply prospectively and require 30 days' written notice via email.
xpay is a discovery and agent-handoff service. We do not hold funds, we do not process payments, and we do not see customer payment data. All purchases are completed via your existing WooCommerce gateway (Stripe, WooPayments, PayPal, Square, etc.). Your payout cadence, refund flows, and tax obligations are unchanged.
The plugin and the xpay services are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the xpay backend or the AI shopping surfaces (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) we publish to. AI agent behavior is controlled by their respective operators and may change without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, xpay's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the plugin or services is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you paid xpay in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.
You may disconnect or uninstall the plugin at any time from Settings → xpay or Plugins → Delete. We may suspend access to the xpay services with notice for breach of these terms (e.g. surfacing prohibited products) or without notice for activity that endangers other merchants or the integrity of the service. Termination doesn't affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction.
Material changes will be announced in the plugin CHANGELOG with 14 days' notice. Continued use of the services after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
